So, who knew, exercise really does make you happy. I can't remember a time I've been cheerful so much!
- I got through my whole exercise regime without stopping last night
- The sun has come out today
- I have re-discovered my love of singing (badly)
- I am far less overdrawn than normal
Reasons to not be cheerful:
- I have hurt my knee
- I forgot to bring a new box of teabags to work
